What happens if I pick up the call myself?

Your mobile rings first. If you answer, Adkept steps back — the call is yours. We only take over when you miss it.

Is this an ads-only number?

Yes. Put your Adkept number on paid ads — Google, Meta, and so on. Your van number and primary Google listing stay yours.

Do you text after a missed call?

No. Under PECR we do not send silent SMS or WhatsApp messages after a missed PSTN call. We only text after a booking is confirmed, or if the caller messages you first or says yes on the call.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. There is no lock-in. Cancel from your dashboard and your subscription stops at the end of the billing period.

How does the free trial work?

5 public answered calls free. No card required to start. Pay £99 per month to keep answering after that.
