What does it do on a call?
It answers under your company name, checks whether the caller is new or existing, confirms the postcode, qualifies the job type, and books or dispatches the right appointment. For replacements and larger installs it books a survey. For faults it books a diagnostic. It does not pretend to diagnose the job.
Do you work with our job management system?
Yes. Jobs land in your existing diary. Google Calendar, ServiceM8, Commusoft, Tradify or a similar system, with the engineer, duration and call notes attached.
